A doodle that came out of nowhere and went further than I expected.  The gargoyle’s somewhat based on Bahamut-ZERO, a bit of an in-joke that was supposed to be a part of a set of all the main charas with one of the summons worked into the picture in some way.  It’s supposed to be on a cathedral-type building, so when I realized that the bare gray stone would be a tad flat for a background, I drew in the stained glass window.  (actually drew it reversed on the back of the paper, then inked by tracing the lines through the paper :P, since I had already inked Vincent and the gargoyle and couldn’t sketch out the stained glass figures intelligibly without drawing over them.)  Kudos if you recognized the demon in the stained glass (a slightly abstracted Chaos).  I tried to base the angel-figure off Vincent himself ^_^; somewhat guessed at his pre-Hojo eye color (I *think* they were blue...)
