This was actually the first finished Lord of Change design.
I forgot the feathers on the beak, right above that tooth that sticks out
^_^;. Oh, and the staff's different from the one normally packaged
with a Lord of Change miniature; the friend I did this for is a master
of altering miniatures (Seriously. His Demon Prince of Tzeentch looks
like it came pre-packaged and was supposed to be that way...it's a composite
built from four or five different minatures.), and changed the staff on
his Lord of Change, so when I sketched it for the color-scheme thing, I
included that change.
